All sales are final. By placing an order with ReiLi’s Bag Bar, you acknowledge and agree that purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue.

Please double-check your shipping address, item selection, and order details before completing your purchase.

For Shopify, I’d also put the fuller version in your Refund Policy so customers see it in both places.
