Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Processing times may be longer during launches, sales, or high-volume periods.

Shipping
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays
ReiLi’s Bag Bar is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking shows that your package has been delivered, ReiLi’s Bag Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, ReiLi’s Bag Bar is not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address.

All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent.
